Poly-carboxylate-based water reducer is a kind of superplasticizer emerged in the early 80' s. It is mainly used in concrete.

Properties:

High early strength:Significant increase of early strength and 28d strength.Low slump lose: Great reduction of slump lose.Excellent durability: Reduction of cracking,shrinkage and creep.High water reduction: Water reduction more than 25% according to different application.Environmental friendly products: Non pollution during production.

 

Dosages:

The dosages of different grades of products are suggested to be (wt.% of cement):0.2~0.25

 

Application Method:

Dissolving the powder into liquid solution having a solid content about 20%.The powder is used to produce high performance,high strength and flowable concrete.Dosage of powder is determined according to the designated concrete mix through trial mixing.The powder is dosed either together with water of water. It shows more effective when powder is dosed after the addition of water.

 

Handling Notes:

The powder is a weak alkaline powder. It showa negligible toxic,hazardous,and corrosive.It is inedible.When it contacts to eyes and skin,The affected area shall be immediately rinsed with plenty of water for minutes.Consult physician if irritation persists.Keep container closed when it is not in use.Do not store the product directly under sunlight.
